2025 Heat Pump Rebates

The amounts and requirements will remain the same as they are today. The change will include a “bonus.” This applies to any customer who is either an electric or gas customer. A reservation process for Ground Source Heat Pump rebates is also being reviewed, this would allow a customer to lock in a rebate and give the trades additional time to get permitting and contractors in place.

Current:

• Non-Cold Climate ASHP - $300/cooling ton
• Cold Climate ASHP - $750/heating ton
• Ground Source Heat Pump - $1,100/heating ton
• Heat Pump Water Heater - $800

Jan. 1 Rebates (w/CHP bonus):

• Non-Cold Climate ASHP - $900/cooling ton
• Cold Climate ASHP - $2,250/heating ton
• Ground Source Heat Pump - $3,300/heating ton
• Heat Pump Water Heater - $2,250

2025 Other Residential Enhanced Rebates

Insulation and Air Sealing:

• Attic Insulation – 30% of incremental cost plus 150% bonus, up to $1,250
• Wall Insulation – 30% of incremental cost plus 150% bonus, up to $875
• Air Sealing – 30% of incremental cost plus 150% bonus, up to $1,000

Whole Home Efficiency Program:

• Attic Insulation – 20% increase on each R-value tier from standard rebate
• Wall Insulation and Air Sealing Bonuses are same as standard programs
